Hey 7th Grade Teachers!!
I'm Selena, you might have already noticed my title :). In this blog entry I promise to tell the truth and also, I am going to try really hard to sound like I'm not bragging. Well, where should I start? Lets start with my behavior in class. Well, I personally think that I am supposed to be a role model for the other students. I am quiet during class and do not shout out answers or be fooling around. I get to the point, and I actually feel annoyed when we cant get to work because somebody else is holding us back. I like to talk a lot but I am also great at listening. I listen attentively because I really don't like having to go back and ask about something the teacher has already mentioned BUT I do have to have a detailed description of what to do. I ask a lot of questions on the BBS, and want to know exactly what I have to do. I need to know what to do for me to start. Participation: I participate actively in class and try to always raise my hands to ask questions for me and my fellow classmates' behalf. I also volunteer to do things quite a lot. I am SUPER-ORGANIZED! Too organized to be true. My locker has always been organized and I have never lost anything except for a few stationary items that I should say were stolen instead of lost. I am very serious with homework and grades and freak out if I leave something at school even if it wasn't due the next day. I like to finish things early so that I don't leave them to last minute or forget, and I also want to finish it early so I don't get rushed and I have time to do the best I can. I like to go above and beyond and I try to do everything I get the most perfect way to do it. My goals for next year is to try and plan to do even more on my work and to always be on task so that I can learn more and do better. Some extra information is that I would like my 7th grade teachers to post the homework on the BBS, so that I know, in case I forget to write it down in my planner and to always be specific with my homework or I will freak out! I think I am most proud of my literature circles in humanities. Not only that my grades were high but that I put a lot of effort into it. My greatest challenges were studying before a test. I would like little review sheets for me to study on so I know a little of what's coming my way. I learned over the year that I have to be on task and concentrated in order for me to do my work right.
So, I hope that you have learned a little bit about what is coming up your alley!
xoxo,
Selena :D
